Megan Trappe

Megan Trappe, graduate of Indiana University with both a B.F.A. in Contemporary Dance and a B.A. in English. Megan has been dancing for the majority of her life and has always had a love for movement. While at IU she received her Mat Pilates certification; she is passionate about sharing this form and encouraging others to discover what the body is capable of.


Megan Trappe instructs the following:
  • Hot Mat Pilates
  • Mat Pilates involves performing exercises on a mat, using your own body as resistance. This workout focuses on improving strength and stability in your arms, legs, shoulders, hips, and core. This practice is beneficial for those who want to retrain muscles that may have become imbalanced while improving coordination and stability. Mat Pilates is a multi level class, no prior experience is necessary. 
     

    Please note:
    Please register at least 30 minutes before class. Payment is due at time of registration. If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least six hours ahead of time in order to open the space for another person. Late cancellations will not be refunded.

    Class packages and gift certificates are purchased with a six-month expiration period. The expiration date cannot be extended.

    By reserving in-studio classes, you are affirming that you are in good health. Please do not come to the studio if you are feeling sick, if you have a fever, you have a cough or you are experiencing general difficulty breathing. Please maintain good hygiene and wash your hands frequently.
