Yin Yoga

Debbie took a pause from a previous career in the insurance industry to pursue her passion for wellness. She has been practicing yoga for six years and has earned her 200RYT through Yogafit. Her specialty is beginning, gentle, and restorative Vinyasa flow classes.
Yin yoga is a practice that can benefit the joints and connective tissues of the body. Yogis are invited to move into the pose, relax the muscles, then hold the pose for several breaths. This is a low load passive stretch class using your own body weight that is a wonderful complement to any other form of exercise. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
