Debbie took a pause from a previous career in the insurance industry to pursue her passion for wellness. She has been practicing yoga for six years and has earned her 200RYT through Yogafit. Her specialty is beginning, gentle, and restorative Vinyasa flow classes.

  • Hot Yoga
  • A typical Hot Yoga class will include a sun salutation series followed by a dynamic flow. The class will start with mindful breathing exercises and a brief warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of continuous movement, a nice cool down, and of course Savasana.

    Class packages and gift certificates are purchased with a six-month expiration period. The expiration date cannot be extended.

  • Beginner Friendly Yoga
  • "Yoga for Beginners" is beginner-friendly and designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga. You'll be guided into each pose safely and offered modifications just right for you. We'll focus on alignment using simplified language, helping you build confidence to take any yoga class. An accessible entry point for anyone who wants to start their yoga journey.
     
    This weekly class is perfect for those stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time and those who have taken a break from the mat.

  • Pop Up Nidra
  • Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation. During the meditation you will use bolsters and blankets to get as comfortable as you can. I will guide you through a systematic process to promote deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra helps to reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system.

  • Yoga Sculpt
  • In this class you will use free weights combined with the benefits of yoga to build muscle mass and boost metabolism. It is a fusion style exercise class open to all levels and no prior experience is required. This class is a 45 minute class.

  • Yin Yoga
  • Yin yoga is a practice that can benefit the joints and connective tissues of the body. Yogis are invited to move into the pose, relax the muscles, then hold the pose for several breaths. This is a low load passive stretch class using your own body weight that is a wonderful complement to any other form of exercise. No prior yoga experience is necessary. 

  • Warm Beginner Friendly
  • Warm beginner-friendly and designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga. You'll be guided into each pose safely and offered modifications just right for you. We'll focus on alignment using simplified language, helping you build confidence to take any yoga class. An accessible entry point for anyone who wants to start their yoga journey. The temperature in the studio will be kept at 80-85 degrees. 

    This weekly class is perfect for those stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, those who have taken a break from the mat, or those who simply want a more mindful and slower pace of movement.
