Debbie took a pause from a previous career in the insurance industry to pursue her passion for wellness. She has been practicing yoga for six years and has earned her 200RYT through Yogafit. Her specialty is beginning, gentle, and restorative Vinyasa flow classes.
Hot 26 is similar to the Bikram style of yoga. A dynamic set of poses practiced in a set order in a hot room. This style of yoga can improve physical fitness and aid in relaxation of the mind. Please bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel.
 
By reserving in-studio classes, you are affirming that you are in good health. Please do not come to the studio if you are feeling sick, if you have a fever, you have a cough or you are experiencing general difficulty breathing. Please maintain good hygiene and wash your hands frequently.
