Lori LeValley instructs the following:
  • Hot Yoga
  • This Hot Yoga class will start with some grounding, a warm-up, pranayama, continuous movement through the Salutation series eventually closing with Savasana and Meditation. During Savasana music & sound will be used to support the nurturing, nourishment, and healing of the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual sheaths of the body. 

  • Just Stretch
  • This class moves slowly through deep stretches giving the physical body time to release and let go of tension. This class is perfect for anyone who feels tight or stiff in their own body. You will use blocks, balls, straps, blankets, bolsters, and the wall to help get the most out of a stretch.  It is a perfect compliment to any other form of exercise. No previous yoga experience is required.

    Please register at least 30 minutes before class. Payment is due at time of registration. If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least six hours ahead of time in order to open the space for another person. Late cancellations will not be refunded.

    Class packages and gift certificates are purchased with a six-month expiration period. The expiration date cannot be extended.

  • Hot Yoga
  • A typical Hot Yoga class will include a sun salutation series followed by a dynamic flow. The class will start with mindful breathing exercises and a brief warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of continuous movement, a nice cool down, and of course Savasana.

  • Hot 26
  • Hot 26 is similar to the Bikram style of yoga. A dynamic set of poses practiced in a set order in a hot room. This style of yoga can improve physical fitness and aid in relaxation of the mind. Please bring a bottle of water and a sweat towel.

  • Yoga Sculpt
  • In this class you will use free weights combined with the benefits of yoga to build muscle mass and boost metabolism. It is a fusion style exercise class open to all levels and no prior experience is required. This class is a 45 minute class.

  • One hour private yoga class up to 35 participants.
