Debbie took a pause from a previous career in the insurance industry to pursue her passion for wellness. She has been practicing yoga for six years and has earned her 200RYT through Yogafit. Her specialty is beginning, gentle, and restorative Vinyasa flow classes.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation. During the meditation you will use bolsters and blankets to get as comfortable as you can. I will guide you through a systematic process to promote deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra helps to reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system.
Please note:
Please register at least 30 minutes before class. Payment is due at time of registration. If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least six hours ahead of time in order to open the space for another person. Late cancellations will not be refunded.
By reserving in-studio classes, you are affirming that you are in good health. Please do not come to the studio if you are feeling sick.
