Karen Moorman instructs the following:
  • Yoga
  • This class will include a sun salutation series followed by a dynamic flow. The class will start with mindful breathing exercises and a brief warm-up, followed by 45 minutes of continuous movement, a nice cool down, and of course Savasana.

     

    Please note:

    Please register at least 30 minutes before class. Payment is due at time of registration. If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least six hours ahead of time in order to open the space for another person. Late cancellations will not be refunded.

     

     

    By reserving this class, you are affirming that you are in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as detailed by the CDC.

     

    Please do not come to the studio if you have been diagnosed with coronavirus, if you have been in close proximity to someone who has recently had the coronavirus, if you are feeling sick, if you have a fever, you have a cough or you are experiencing general difficulty breathing. Please maintain good hygiene and wash your hands frequently.

     

    Although wearing a face mask is not required, The Corner Mat is a mask-friendly zone.
